  Horrible. Made no contact with me before towing my vehicle. Vehicle was dragged at least 200 feet in park backwards at a 45° angle with the emergency brake on. Damaged my home and spoke with April who denied any wrongdoing. Stating "Our tucks are made for that." Now how are they going to remove my vehicle from the truck? Horrible people with no respect for other people's property.
